I HAVE CHOSEN THE WRONG THEME

My very recent mistake has been 🙄

You all, by now must have already seen 😑

That I have chosen the wrong THEME 🙁

Initially easy is what it seemed 🤔

But now redundant is what it's deemed 😐

Every single day writing about my mistakes and faults 

Is like taking the happiness from my memories with a pinch of salt.🙄

I had made peace with all off-putting experiences so far 😏

Now it's like smelling again the rotten pickled Jar 🤭

Talking about my blunders and showing how idiotic I can be 😒

Feels like adding INSULT TO INJURY🤯

It shakes up my self-confidence 😒

When I feel it, it could be taken as sheer nonsense 😶

What I m definitely not looking for is PITY 😖

It's just an autobiographical account of yours truly 🤠

LESSON LEARNT #

 TO pick topics that are general 🤐

 Socially,  and personally ACCEPTABLE 😌

REPERCUSSIONS # I have enjoyed 😉 writing although 

For the next 17 letters, with the same theme, I shall continue to do so .😁

The comments and feedbacks are quite a motivation ☺

Deep inside me, I am getting the long-awaited Validation. 😇

    haha thats a smart way of writing for I ! THe theme is tough and very few people can talk in a light manner about their mistakes. and many what u wrote are like reminders to others too , nostalgic and some had a lesson or two to take away. dont stop writing. wonderful that u came so far

    Ah... I think just follow your heart.
    Pen, in this case keyboard keys, can be heart's hands and wings.
    Let them say what they want to,
    It's takes courage to talk about the mistakes
    And if your heart tells to stop, do that.
    But not coz what others say.

    so don't you dare let your confidence break,

    Mistakes in life they may be twenty six,
    They are but mood lifters to us chicks,

    You write directly from the heart,
    In our life's teaching it plays a part,

    What you feel is most important that matters,
    So don't you let your work end up in tatters

    Take with a pinch of salt, the criticism unloved
    Your work is beautiful, and know that you're loved

DRIZZLE TO DOWN POUR

  Disclaimer:  I am participating in  Blogging from A-Z challenge 2022  and this is my 4 the post for  D # Drizzle to Downpour  I was in the first year of college. We were given a preparatory leave for our midterm exams. It was Monsoon time.  That day I had a project to submit so had to go to college. Normally my whole group of friends would board the bus together, but today I had no company. The sky seemed clear. I felt if I could get the bus at 8, reach college around 9, and submit the assignment, I could be back by 10 o clock. That way I could save the rest of the day for studying. I just took my wallet, put my project done so prudently in my bag and off I went.  I boarded the almost empty bus and took my favourite window seat. Whenever commuting to and fro, I have crossed the Howrah Bridge, I have always felt so relaxed. The cool breeze from the Hooghly river whispering in my ear always brought tranquillity and peace. The bus had great momentum. I felt I could reach even before 9.

   Disclaimer:  I am participating in  Blogging from A-Z challenge 2022  and this is my post for R# RUN LOLA RUN When I was young, the world was beautiful,  nice and green 🌴🌳🌲🪴🌿🌿🍀☘🌱 I was scared of dying and leaving the fun in between 🌺🌷⚘🌼🌻🥀🌹🏵💐 As I grew older it became a little less merriment 🙁 As homework and expectations took the place of enjoyment 🙃 I thought it was all temporary  Once I reached adulthood, it will again be merry 🙂  So till then RUN LOLA RUN 🏃‍♀️  The fun will soon return  As I became an adult, soon came matrimony and parenthood 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The need of the hour said to fulfil my duties as a good wife and mother should 🤹‍♀️ The sun still shone beautifully 🌞  And the birds chirped happily 🦜🦜  Yet RUN LOLA RUN  So much still needs to be done ✔  Life was smooth, just a little hectic 😇 Till out of the blue came the PANDEMIC🤔 I wish it was an albatross and I the ancient Mariner😈 I could have easily shot it with my gun to keep the world happier.
