W# WASTE OF TIME 😐😑😑

Disclaimer: I am participating in Blogging from A-Z challenge 2022 and this is my post for 
 W # WHAT A WASTE OF TIME ⏲ 😑 

When you want to write something interesting 🤔 
You pick up a thought , finding it fascinating 
All you do is write ✍ and erase
Failing to come up with anything even at a slow pace
You surrender this topic and try to find a new one 
Which is nice and happy 😊 all the more fun 
All you do after an hour of struggle 
 Not even words you are able to juggle🤔
Even if  you push yourself hard after a few lines it gets so boring 😒
That if you continued any longer , on your desk you shall be snoring 😴 
You give up , finally calling it a day 😐
What a sheer waste of time ⏲ you shall say 🙄🤷

You plan to watch a movie  with a friend , first day first show
You are just so excited 🤩🤩while getting inside the hall looking for your row😇😇
As it gradually progresses , the reality descends 
Oh God!! When will this torture end 😫 
The movie is so bad you want to puke on your popcorn 🍿 
As your friend looks at you with scorn 😠
It was her money , yes  I accept the idea was mine 😑😑
Again what a waste of time ⏲ 😒 🤷

You go out shopping 🛍 on a working day 
You presume you would be getting the best deals today 
But when you arrive there is rush all around  
As if everything is coming on a 90% discount 🙄 
Finally when you select something you don't find it in your size😒
Whatever is available is so unpleasant to your eyes 🙄
The trial rooms are full and queues at the cash counters long 😬😬
To still try to buy anything you need to be really headstrong 😑😑
Putting up with all this seems like a crime 
Alas !! What a waste of time ⏲ 😒🤷

At home 🏡 😌 you buy a nice white board , a marker and a few practice books ☺
To create the right ambiance as to how a study room should look 🙂
You sit down with your child 🙂to help him with his homework 😇
And try to teach him diligently, hoping to make him an expert 😌
He sits although with a little reluctance 🤨
Listens for sometime that too with impatience 😬
Then simply gets up and runs away blatantly 🙄
You run after him desperately 😒😒
You try to coax him back with a reward 😉 
But all your futile attempts are simply ignored 
All of it takes a toll on the entire enthusiasm of mine 
Ohh !! What a sheer waste of time ⏲  🙄 🤷

Although there have been various other instances where😏 
I have happily wasted time loitering here and there 😁😁
Once I started a campaign of feeding strays 🙂
Till a dog bit my co-worker and the cause was betrayed 😪
Once I had even took upon myself to help a relative 🤷
Who found alcohol 🍸 and betting addictive 🙄🙄
I continued my counseling with him for many days 🤥
Till I was sure , he would never mend his ways 😒


REPERCUSSIONS # 
The time wasted only added to my experiences 
I did achieve salvation  in bits and pieces ✨ ♥ 
The Nirvana came when I realized everything is just futile 
Looking back at all those failed attempts makes me smile 😃


LESSON LEARNT#
I CAN NEVER FRUITFULY UTILIZE EACH AND EVERY HOUR OF MY LIFE 😏😏
THERE ARE STILL A PLENTY LEFT AND OBVIOUSLY THEY WILL BE USELESS IN MY AFTER LIFE 😁😁
SO I AM OKAY WITH WASTING A FEW 😇😇
AS LONG AS I CAN RELATE THEM ALL TO YOU🤗🤗


I am  keeping my fingers crossed 🤞 🔀 ✝️ 
As one thing I just now thought 
That you don't consider 😏 reading blogs like mine 😑
A sheer WASTAGE OF YOUR TIME  🙏😇

    Moral of the story: Expectation is the root of all evil! :D It's funny how everything started out so enthusiastically and ended up disappointing! Cheer up girl, life's good! Oh and I did read a quote somewhere that It's not wasted time as long as you were having fun!

   Disclaimer:  I am participating in  Blogging from A-Z challenge 2022  and this is my post for R# RUN LOLA RUN When I was young, the world was beautiful,  nice and green 🌴🌳🌲🪴🌿🌿🍀☘🌱 I was scared of dying and leaving the fun in between 🌺🌷⚘🌼🌻🥀🌹🏵💐 As I grew older it became a little less merriment 🙁 As homework and expectations took the place of enjoyment 🙃 I thought it was all temporary  Once I reached adulthood, it will again be merry 🙂  So till then RUN LOLA RUN 🏃‍♀️  The fun will soon return  As I became an adult, soon came matrimony and parenthood 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The need of the hour said to fulfil my duties as a good wife and mother should 🤹‍♀️ The sun still shone beautifully 🌞  And the birds chirped happily 🦜🦜  Yet RUN LOLA RUN  So much still needs to be done ✔  Life was smooth, just a little hectic 😇 Till out of the blue came the PANDEMIC🤔 I wish it was an albatross and I the ancient Mariner😈 I could have easily shot it with my gun to keep the world happier.

 Disclaimer: I am participating in  Blogging from A-Z challenge 2022  and this is my sixth post, F # FACE THE MUSIC WITH ME  The incident to which I shall be relating. the series proving how big an idiot I am, took place at the World famous Goddess Karni Temple near Bikaner, Rajasthan. It was during our Autumn 😎 Break. My Parents and we four sisters were on a road trip to Rajasthan's holy places. It was the last stop, almost our journey's end before heading back to Jaipur. Let me brief you before we proceed, that Karni Mata Mandir is also known as the Temple of Rats with approximately 25,000 black and white ones, housed there. We were not expecting them to be dangerous, or scary. To be honest, I had imagined them in their nice warm cages, but no, as we entered, I was in shock.
